The Sophia Institute is a new project based in Namibia under the leadership of Sr Dr Anne Arabome, and co-directed by Professor Tina Beattie.
The Institute is offering courses in theology, leadership skills and spiritual formation to religious communities in sub-Saharan Africa.
This "Introduction to Theology" course is designed and led by Professor Tina Beattie, Sr Dr Anne Arabome and Dr Nontando Hadebe, with contributions from guest lecturers. It aims to meet the learning needs of Catholic religious leaders and educators, but it is open to all with an interest in Catholic theological traditions.
